1. Stand up straight

Tighten your posture and gently place the belt around the widest part of your hips. low and below the waist. to stabilize.

2. Wrap the Belt 

Exhale while crossing the belt behind you. then bring each opposite end to the front.

3. Tie the Belt

Tie the belt securely at the front. and centered for best support.
